our FLAT FEE APPROACH
We negotiate the amount of each flat fee on a case-by-case basis depending on our assessment of the amount, complexity, and novelty of work required.
Flat-fee work allows us to negotiate a price for a particular service, allowing our clients to plan their legal expenses budget.
Flat fees remove the billing tension from the attorney-client relationship. We prefer to spend our time working on the matter itself rather than have to prepare detailed client invoices.
Flat fees provide incentive to spend our time on projects that move engagements to resolution, such as the closing a transaction.
Flat fees place the risk of unexpected complexity on us, the legal professionals, rather than on our clients because we have the information and expertise to assess a case.
We detail the scope of our the engagement. We take the time to understand your situation. When the scope of an engagement is genuinely uncertain, we will suggest hourly billing.
